Welcome to the Résidence Hôtelière Le Moderne! From March 7 to November 6, 2023 and from December 6 to 31, 2023, we open the doors of our establishment to you. Our 3-star aparthotel, close to the sea in Valras Plage, offers you perfectly equipped apartments for rent, while benefiting from the services of a hotel: breakfast, green patio, shared lounge with television and board games, reception, good tourist advice and many others. The reception
Our Residence "aparthotel" in the heart of the city and close to the beach offers a reception open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. You will find tourist documentation and good advice. On request, we can provide you with a hairdryer, European adapter, baby cot, high chair, iron and ironing board. Arrivals are possible from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Departures are possible until 10:30 a.m.
Breakfast
On order, the day before, you can enjoy our continental breakfast. There you will find bread, butter, jam, a hot drink and a juice. Breakfast is an additional charge of €6.90 per person. You can have breakfast in the patio, in the living room or in your apartment.
The apartments
We offer 14 apartments. Check-in takes place from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (early arrival possibility: €75), and check-out before 10:30 a.m. End-of-stay cleaning is an additional charge. towels and sheets can be rented. The minimum length of stay is two nights. On request, we can install a baby bed (€6 per night) and/or an additional bed (€12 per night).
The parking
From June 15 to September 15, our apartment hotel near the sea in Valras Plage offers a parking space (uncovered) by reservation only. The supplement is €8.50 per day or €50 per week. free parking can be found in the surrounding area and in the town center of Valras Plage. Upon reservation, we offer a small bicycle garage, with rack, and motorcycle garage (subject to availability).
The little extras
Our apartment hotel by the sea in Valras Plage accommodates a maximum of one animal per accommodation for €8 per day or €50 per week. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. The Résidence Hôtelière Le Moderne does not offer an elevator. Contact us for more information.
